- 1 lb chicken
- 10 1⁄2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
directions
- Mix soup, sour cream, and mozzerella cheeses together.
- Place chicken in dish, pour soup and cheeses on top.
- Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 or until chicken is done.
- Serve over pasta, if desired.
- I use this with my freezer cooking, and just make the sauce, add chicken, and freeze. It freezes very well!

I am a mother of two young boys, and the wife of a police officer. I teach art to kindergarten-5th grade at a local elementary school and am trying to start my own buisness in faux finishing and murals.
