"Sugarfree Cinnamon Coconut Almond cookies. Made for my father in law and named in his honor because he loves to pull your leg getting you to ask "what's a henway." The answer is about 10-15 lbs depending on the bird."

First bowl
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 3⁄4 cup butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1⁄2 cup coconut

Second Bowl
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Cream first bowl all together. Gradually mix in second bowl of dry ingredients. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
