- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

- Cream first bowl all together. Gradually mix in second bowl of dry ingredients. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
