Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix together parsley, thyme, garlic and rosemary and rub on the pork tenderloin.
  3. Heat butter and oil in hot saute pan and brown pork.
  4. Place in a baking dish and roast at 350° for 20 minutes or til thermometer reaches 155°.
  5. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let rest before slicing for about 10 minutes.
