  1. Combine all ingredients except bell pepper in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Stir in bell pepper pieces.
  3. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Take out of refrigerator and soften a bit before serving.
  5. Put into a bell pepper and serve with crackers.
