- lettuce (either Romaine or Iceberg)
- fresh basil (taste, finely chopped)
- fresh cilantro (taste, finely chopped)
- fresh oregano (taste, finely chopped)
- fresh rosemary (taste, finely chopped)
- 1⁄2 jalapeno (finely chopped)
- 1⁄2 fuji apple (diced)
- 1⁄2 tomatoes
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- blue cheese (taste)
- extra virgin olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
directions
- Chop all ingredients into SMALL bite-sized pieces. The objective is to get a little of everything on your fork.
- Toss.
