  1. Combine everything except the turkey. It should be paste like.
  2. Lift the skin off the turkey but dont remove it. Just make it like a pocket between the meat and the skin.
  3. Take the spice mix and rub it under the skin of the turkey. Act like you are massaging someone with oils and really rub the meat of the turkey.
  4. When finished, replace the skin and cook as usual.
