  • In a large pan melt butter and or oil till hot. Add the onions and mushrooms and stir fry 3-4 minutes.
  • Add garlic and remaining ingredients stirring for an other 1-2 minutes.

  4. Love mushrooms and loved this super quick and yummy recipe which I'll certainly be making again. I omitted the chili pepper flakes (zero toleraqnce of anything hot) so that was my excuse for doubling the garlic, which I love, especially with mushrooms and sage and thyme, two of my favourite herbs. I cooked the mushrooms and onions in a combination of butter and olive oil - YUM! - and we enjoyed them with NorthwestGal's Recipe #322985. Made for ZWT 5.
