  • Heat oven to 200°C/400°F.
  • Slice the tomatoes into six slices each.
  • Mash the halt the sage, rosemary and thyme with the celery salt and garlic in a pestle and mortar.
  • Place the other sprigs of herbs on a baking sheet and coat with the oil.
  • Lay the tomatoes on the oiled herbs and top with the herb paste.
  • Bake for 5 minutes at the top of the oven.

How I rate... 5 stars - perfect, will make again without any changes. 4 stars - Liked it, will make again again but with changes. 3 stars - had to make major changes but got it to work. 2 stars - had to make major changes and it didn't work. 1 star - went terribly, a waste of time and ingredients, I cried, BF cried the cats cried you get the picture...
