Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup basting oil
  • 8 ounces diced celery
  • 8 ounces diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon herbes de provence
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 32 ounces chicken stock
  • 1 lb stuffing cubes
  • 1 granny smith apple

Directions

  1. heat the oil on medium high. add onion and celery and cook for 5 mins.
  2. add herbs and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. add butter and stock and bring to a simmer.
  4. combine with croutons and grated apple.
  5. add mixture to backing dish.
  6. back on center rack of oven or 30 mins or until stuffing is browned and cooked through.
