Directions

  1. Slice Zucchini into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Heat Olive oil in saute pan at high heat.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of kosher salt, a few grinds of pepper, Thyme and garlic.
  4. Toss or stir zucchini until just tender - about 8-10 minutes.
