  • Place potatoes and 2 tablespoons salt in a medium saucepan.
  • Cover with water, and bring to a simmer.
  • Cook until knife pierces through potatoes with little resistance, about 10 minutes.
  • Drain; transfer to a bowl.
  • Heat oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small skillet over medium-low heat until garlic is golden brown, 15 minutes.
  • Pour over potatoes.
  • Add lemon juices and herbs and toss.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

  2. This recipe is delicious. I had to use dried herbs, and I left out the mint. I also used large potatoes I had on hand, cut up into cubes. Thank you for a wonderful recipe. I can't wait til my herbs start growing!

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
