Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and discard or save for another use.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese and next 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Spoon or pipe cream cheese mixture evenly into mushroom caps, and place in a lighly greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
  5. Bake mushrooms at 350 for 20 minutes.
