  • Mix oil with basil, parsley, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Heat seasoned oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
  • Add chicken; saute until chicken is done (about 5 minutes).
  • Pour over cooked pasta and sprinkle with cheese; toss to mix.

  1. I really liked it . We did add more oil, chicken broth to moisten it. We also added diced tomatoes and peppers. It was still a little dry but delicious.
     
  2. This recipe was a good foundation... There needs to be more oil, for one thing, and I seasoned the oil to taste, adding some oregano. When it was finished, it was much too dry, so I mixed up a white wine vinaigrette with more basil and oregano, tossed along with the parmesan... it was delicious!
     
  3. This was fast and easy. Very nice dinner. I added a little lemon zest just before serving. It was a nice addition.
     
  4. I had to add onions, more oil & some lemon pepper seasoning to this because the flavor wasn't working for me. While the taste turned out great, a friend suggested that this was a bit dry; it needs a white sauce to put over the pasta. I'll be trying to fool around with this recipe some more to get it right because I liked the simplicity of the ingredients.
