Hershey Bites

I have to admit when I made this, I felt a little silly. It was so simple a child could do it! And that is the great thing about this recipe, your kids can have a little fun with items you probably have on hand, and at the end of it all they get to eat it all up. I accidently picked up the all special dark version of Hershey's Miniatures and I think that was a really good mistake. The darker chocolate went well with the light creaminess of the whipped cream and the rich sweetness of the caramel sauce. I think my favorite version was the dark Mr. Goodbar since the salty peanuts just added a little something extra.
