Directions

  1. In a small dish, combine orange juice, mint, vinegar, and sugar. Stir until blended. Set aside.
  2. Place all other ingredients in a wide container. Pour orange juice mixture over the contents of the container and stir gently to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best). Stir gently just before serving. Enjoy!
