Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 lbs chuck roast
  • 2 tablespoons hickory flavored dry rub seasonings
  • 12-1 cup dried onion
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Place meat on large sheet of foil.
  2. Rub meat all over with the hickory rub.
  3. Put dried onions on top of roast.
  4. Pour on BBQ sauce.
  5. 'Parcel' your roast in foil
  6. Cook at 300 degrees in large pan for around 3 hours - let stand for 1/2 hour. Slice or shred and eat however you want!
