- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 1⁄2 cup soy flour
- 1 2⁄3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
directions
- Add all ingredients to bread machine and set on Whole Wheat Cycle.

would you please, please consider using weight measurements instead of volume (or both if necessary)? It's pretty well established that weighing flours and other dry ingredients is the best way to measure, and it has made the difference for me. Americans are slowly switching to weight for their measurements. So please???
