  • Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add tahini or other nut paste.
  • Using fingers rub all ingredients together.
  • Gradually add water in small amounts until it becomes a stiff "dough".
  • Form into a log.
  • Cover completely with foil and refrigerate preferably overnight or at least 2 hours.
  • Cut into 2cm rounds and enjoy.
