“Theres nothing like pancakes in the morning. I love pancakes but I can only eat a few. So I came up with this recipe when I had cottage cheese, bananas and strawberry yogurt to use up. To make this worth eating, so I get the right amount of protein in me for the morning I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder.”
