2 cups peeled cubed potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup thinly sliced carrot
1 cup sliced celery
2 tablespoons water
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₈ teaspoon pepper
8 slices bacon, in 2 inch pieces
butter

directions

Place mixture on 18x18 inch square of foil - top with bacon and dot with butter. Wrap securely with a double fold seal. Place on grill 4-6 inches from med high coals. grill for approximately 25-30 minutes.

Hi Janeydoe! We loved these potatoes! We sliced the potatoes, added chopped green peppers, omitted the carrots and added cheddar cheese. They were wonderful! Thank you, Diane :)
