  1. Take a piece of aluminum foil & put ground beef patty on the bottom.
  2. Salt & pepper the patty.
  3. Next, quarter the potato (with peeling) & onion.
  4. Cut up carrot.
  5. Place all of this on the meat & salt & pepper again.
  6. Wrap the foil & seal it lightly.
  7. Place on aluminum pan.
  8. Bake at 350F to 400F for 1 hour until done.
