Holiday Cranberry Waldorf Salad

"This is lovely to serve on the holiday table along side of a turkey or a ham...and it is so easy to make...if desired, you could add some seedless red grapes to the salad if desired...this recipe is enough for four people, so double or triple if you are having alot of guests for dinner."

  1. Easy and delicious! I am surprised this recipe does not have 50 reviews. I added extra celery, cranberries, and a handful of chopped walnuts for some nice crunch. This will definately jazz up my lunchbox.

  2. 5 out of 5, I used a bit more Mackintosh apple & celery. For the sugar I used dark brown. I used freshly squeezed lemon juice, sweetened dried cranberries and Hellman's olive oil mayonnaise to be soy free. I would make this again. Maybe with a walnut addition like Amber of AZ did.
