  • keep cheese out to soften, cut up green onion in small pieces and wash well, cut up beef in small pieces.
  • Mix all in a bowl and then shape into ball or other shape.
  • cover with foil and refrigerate for 1 hr or 2 before serving with crackers.

  1. This is my favorite cheeseball ever! I make this using my mom's recipe which also adds a little worchestershire(sp)sauce and either accent, or garlic powder. I use garlic because I try to avoid msg. This is great even when it's not a holiday...in fact, I just bought the ingredients to make one for this weekend! MMMMM Try this one you'll love it! Oh...it is important to rinse the dried beef because it will make your cheeseball way too salty if you don't. Thanks skottishdonkey for posting!
