Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small crock pot (3 quart).
  2. If using more dried fruit, add a bit more water.
  3. If using more fresh fruit, add a bit less water.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours (more time if smoother product desired).
  5. Mash to a desired consistency with a potato masher.
  6. Serve by itself or over ice cream, angel food cake or add to morning yogurt.
  7. Also works as a basting sauce for roast poultry.
  8. Enjoy!
