Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl stir all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Make a "well" in the center of the mixture.
  3. Pour the strawberries, oil and eggs into the hole.
  4. Mix by hand until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  5. Add the food coloring if desired.
  6. Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 2-1/2" loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tests done.
  8. Cool.
  9. You can use smaller size loaf pans for more loaves. Reduce cooking time.
