Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. slice oranges in half. Remove all pulp (set aside) to make orange holders.
  3. Peel and slice yams cut up and boil in pan of water until tender.
  4. Drain, mash and whip till smooth.
  5. While whipping add butter.
  6. Add cup of pulp to yams and continue whipping till well blended.
  7. Scoop mixture into orange shells.
  8. Top with marshmallow.
  9. Place in pan.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
