- 3 -5 medium potatoes (with skin)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (as much as you think is required)
- parchment paper (or cookie sheet)
directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Wash potatoes.
- Slice into wedges (thickness is not important).
- Add olive oil
- Toss potatoes.
- Add seasoning.
- Toss potatoes.
- Spray parchment paper or cookie sheet with oil.
- Put potatoes on sheet.
- Bake for 20 -30 minutes.
- Enjoy :).
