  • 24 regular white eggs
  • 14 cup mayonnaise (or to taste)
  • 14 cup original coleslaw mix (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (for decoration)

directions

  • Place eggs in a large pot. Cover about 1/2 inch over eggs with water. Bring to a rolling boil then remove from heat.
  • After eggs have stopped boiling, wait 10-15 minutes, then move eggs into a bowl of ice cold water. Make sure you wait a while to move eggs into cold water so as not to shock the eggs. Start peeling eggs.
  • After you have peeled the eggs, cut eggs in half vertically and remove yolks an put into a medium bowl.
  • Add Mayonnaise and Slaw mix. Beat in with a fork or with an electric mixer.
  • Next, spoon or pipe yolk mix into the whites.
  • Enjoy!
