Ingredients Nutrition

  • 24 regular white eggs
  • 14 cup mayonnaise (or to taste)
  • 14 cup original coleslaw mix (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (for decoration)

Directions

  1. Place eggs in a large pot. Cover about 1/2 inch over eggs with water. Bring to a rolling boil then remove from heat.
  2. After eggs have stopped boiling, wait 10-15 minutes, then move eggs into a bowl of ice cold water. Make sure you wait a while to move eggs into cold water so as not to shock the eggs. Start peeling eggs.
  3. After you have peeled the eggs, cut eggs in half vertically and remove yolks an put into a medium bowl.
  4. Add Mayonnaise and Slaw mix. Beat in with a fork or with an electric mixer.
  5. Next, spoon or pipe yolk mix into the whites.
  6. Enjoy!
