  • Drain off any extra liquid.
  • Fold in your favorite spices or salt.
  • Store in a airtight container in the refrigerator.

  1. I was a little confused in the beginning, so I ended up putting it through a sieve after shaking it. It took a while before I got that buttery texture. I added salt, freshly ground four couloured pepper, and some ground chipotle to make it spicy.
     
  2. I've made this before when I was a child at camp with just the heavy cream.
