  1. Beat yolks with sugar, milk, salt, vanilla, corn starch and choc chips.
  2. Heat on medium heat.
  3. Stir constantly (I prefer using a double boiler) Don't let it burn.
  4. When it thickens pour into dishes or pie shell.
  5. Use the egg whites for your meringue if so desired.
