  • 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked, patted dry
  • 4 cups peanut oil, for deep fat frying
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cut cooked noodles into 4 inch pieces.( i just used whole they break pretty easily ).
  2. the oil will rise up when you add noodles be careful
  3. Put noodles in peanut oil at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 minute.
  4. Crank up oil to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Cook noodles again until browned, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove and add salt if desired.
