  1. Is this recipe implying that the raisins absorb 'water' in the milk leaving behind the fats therefore a thicker milk?

  2. I went out on a limb and tried this with soy milk. The milk did get nice and sweet, but did not thicken. I used it to make Recipe#477490 and it was great for that using vanilla and cinnamon. I'm going to use the raisins in some oatmeal with the rest of the creamer. Yum. Made for PAC(Pick a Chef) event March 2013.
