  • Preheat oven to 250.
  • Spread all ingredients except dates and cranberries on a cookie sheet (or 9 by 13 cake pan).
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Stir well.
  • Bake another 20 minutes.
  • When cooled, add the dried fruit.
