  • Cut avocados in half and remove the seed.
  • In blender or food processor place all ingredients.
  • Blend until desired consistency.

  1. I've been traveling to Mexico for years and taken many cooking classes there. Mexicans don't use lemons, they use limes. Completely different flavor. Lemon is not authentic.
     
  2. Fabulous base for guacomole! Only things I added were 1 more avoacado, alittle mayonnaise,couple dashes of cumin and about a Tbs. of minced garlic and alittle accent along with the rest of the indgredients as stated. I put all in food proccessor and it was done in a flash. I let chill before serving. I used this with recipe#192018 and some was used with chips for a snack while preparing dinner. :) Thanks for sharing this recipe! a keeper for sure
