  • Mix egg white, glycerine, honey and enough ground barley to make a thick smooth paste.
  • Apply on your hands.
  • Leave on for 20 minutes.
  • Wash off with warm water.
  • Pat dry.

  1. I halved the recipe and used oatmeal. It smelled lovely. I had a small insect bite wound on my arm and I rubbed the mixture over it. It seemed to helped with the healing. The skin also felt softer. I have a good mind to use it on my legs as they do need such pampering!
