  1. In a small mixer bowl beat eggs with mixer on high speed till thick and lemon colored, about 5 minute Gradually add sugar, beating till thick. Stir in cream, lemon zest, juice, and corn syrup-mix well.
  2. Transfer to a 10" x 6" x 2' pan. Cover; freeze till partially frozen, @ 2 hours Break mixture into chunks. Place in a large chilled mixer bowl. Beat with mixer at medium speed for 1 to 2 minute or till smooth. Stir in walnuts. Return mixture to the cold pan. Freeze about 3 hrs till firm.
  3. Using Ice Cream Maker: Pour the unfrozen mixture and nuts into a 2 quart ice cream freezer compartment and freeze as manufacturer directs.
