  • Put all ingredients in a jar, and mix with a stick blender. My blender has an aerating attachment, so this is what I use.
  • Refrigerate right away.
  • A jar of mayo should keep about 2 weeks before it should be discarded.
  • You can also use canola oil if you prefer.
