Homemade Mock Capers

ingredients
- nasturtium seeds
- 1 pint white vinegar
- 2 cups white sugar
directions
- Make a syrup of vinegar and sugar.
- Boil three (3) minutes.
- Pick Nasturtium seeds when green.
- Wash thoroughly.
- Pack loosely in hot sterilized "1/4-pint" jars.
- Fill jars with boiling syrup.
- Seal at once.
- Let stand for ONE month before using.

hi there!love to cook--used to live on a farm,entered many small country fairs with canning, baking(everything) knitting,crochet,and ceramics.I have won numerous ribbons in all colors.I have had 2 coffee trucks and prepared most food items carried,myself.I have managed a restaurant and was also the cook.
