- 1⁄2 cup dry mustard
- 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons cornstarch

- 1 cup dry mustard
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
directions
- Dissolve mustard in vinegar.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly, cook in double boiler to desired thickness (at least 10 minutes).
- Pour into containers, cool, cover and keep refrigerated.
