- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoons morton's tender quick
- 3⁄4 cup water
directions
- Mix together well; roll like salami and place in foil, covering completely.
- Refrigerate 24 hours.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 in foil in a pan to catch grease.
- Cool and wrap in new foil.
- Keep refrigerated.
