  1. Interesting way to make gluten free soy sauce. I think something may be wrong with the recipe as a 1/4 cup of bouillon is too much compared to a packet makes 1 cup broth. So I did a little searching and it seems that you should use 1/4 c broth made by bouillon. Thid has a much lighter flavor than regular soy sauce but I love I can control the sodium by using sodium free bouillon then adding my own salt. Nice thing to have on hand when I want a lighter flavor in dishes and no gluten for friends or family. Thanks sheepdog for sharing.
