  1. Sorry but I had a problem with the filling. Did I misread it??? was the sugar suppose to be powered sugar? I have a kitchen-aid (stand) mixer and I followed the directions for the filling and I mixed and mixed and mixed the filling and it never did turn fluffy. if it were a hand mixer i would have worn out both hands trying to get this mixture to turn fluffy. IF I DID something wrong please let me know. Meanwhile I will NOT try it again nor would I recommend it

I'm 65 years old and have been cooking since I was 10. My first meal was Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. My mother talked me through everything. She hated to cook. I'm completely the opposite, I love to cook and try different things. been married for 42 years and have 3 kids. Two girls and a boy, four grandchildren that I spoil rotten. Had a stroke 1 year ago but it's not stopping me. My second love is camping.
