  1. boil noodles and drain.
  2. In a seprate pot boil chicken untill falling off bone. set aside and let cool.after cooling off de-bone the chicken and dice the breast meat in 1/2 inch cubes. set aside.
  3. in a dutch oven melt butter and saute onions,celery and carrots until onions are soft ( you still want a little crunch to the celery and carrots).
  4. add all your chicken,and chicken broth then noodles stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. now add your cream of chicken soup ,salt pepper and garlic powder. let simmer another 25-30 minutes.stirring occasionally.
  6. This is the perfect dish for those bitter cold days in febuary when you cannot wait for spring.
