Honey Baked Chicken
"I found this recipe somewhere, I don't remember. I've made it one time, it was really good. The only thing that I will do different the next time I make it is to poke holes in the chicken breasts with a knife before baking. This will allow the flavor to make it all the way through the chicken."

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, thawed
- 1⁄3 cup margarine, melted
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan.
- Combine melted margarine, honey, mustard & salt. Pour over chicken.
- Bake 1 hour, basting chicken every 15 minutes.
