  1. We really enjoyed this. It sure was easy to prepare. The meat was a tab bit on the dry side so I served it with some of the delicious juice. Yum! Thanks for posting. :)

  2. I like that you basically don't have to do much for this dish and it comes out so moist and tastey!! I used a prepared honey mustard rather than yellow or dijon; next time I will drain the juices from the chicken before adding the honey mixture. Made for Everyday Holiday.

  4. I said, "Self." Self said, "Huh?" I replied, "I think I found something special and most definitely will make this again." Self nodded assuredly. Made for Everyday Is A Holiday.

  5. The is a very easy and wonderful flavored baked chicken. I was extremely surprised after the meat was cooked how much I loved the flavor. I had made the mistake of tasting the hot sauce before it was cooked with the chicken and did not like the taste then. But oh my, after cooking it was fabulous and we also drizzled it on our Jasmine rice. The only change I made was that I added salt and pepper to the meat before putting into the oven for the first baking. This will definitely become one of our regular dishes. Thanks Sydney Mike...wonderful dish.
