  • Bring vinegar and honey to boil over medium-high heat.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in ketchup, garlic, oil and rosemary, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in lemon zest and pepper.
  • Cool completely, will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.

  1. It makes a decent glaze that's quite good on grilled chicken. I marinated Chicken in a vacuum marinator for 10 min and it was delicious. I tried using it on grilled radicchio and it was too sweet even after adding extra balsamic vinegar. Overall it's decent but prepared for something fairly sweet.
