Honey Barbecue Chicken Rolls

  • Mix all ingredients (except the rolls) in a 2 quart saucepan.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  • Fill each roll with about 1/2 c chicken mixture and serve immediately.

  1. We loved these. This was the hit of our appetizer night. I served it on little slider buns. I cut the recipe in half and I've got leftovers. I used some leftover rotisserie chicken. What an easy dish to prepare. Thanks for posting. :)

  3. Mmmmm-mmmm. I love the recipe for a sweet tasting bbq chicken. I can turkey to keep on hand for all year round. So, this is what I used and it was just the ticket. I actually doubled the recipe as I knew it would go over in a big way with the men of the family. I used hoagie buns instead of kaiser. Very filling and satisfying. I also did this in the crock-pot for more convenience for a busy time of year. Perfect....Thanks Melly~ Made for PotluckTag~
