Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, stir the sugar, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
  3. Add egg, oil, honey, and the walnuts, stir until mixture is smooth.
  4. Spoon into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan, and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
  5. TO MAKE THE GLAZE:
  6. In a small bowl, stir together all the glaze ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  7. Spread onto the honey bars while they are still warm.
  8. Store the bars in a sealed container. They will last 3-4 days.
