ingredients

¹⁄₃ cup chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon butter
³⁄₄ cup hot sauce
¹⁄₂ cup beer
¹⁄₄ cup honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard

directions

melt butter in medium saucepan add onion and garlic cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer cooking uncovered about 20 minutes until reduced, stirring occasionally.
