Honey Chicken I

"I found this somewhere online and just cooked it up for diner tonight. Everyone loved it!!! Four cheese mashed potatoes, fried okra and sweet kernal corn were our sides with a biscut for bread. Two college students pooled resources and made enough to fill two growin men(boys). I baked the chicken for an hour and twenty minutes in the end and it was perfect, also I doubled the amount of honey mix but used only one egg yolk, also I used sweet cream butter (unsalted) and drizzled maybe 2 tbs honey over chicken in the last 10 minutes. I basted at 20 minutes then 50, turned chicken baked 20 minutes basted and baked 10 more. All that said this is a winner and i will make it again."

I love to cook and have been expanding my knowledge here for over a year. My fiancee moved in with me around the time I started frequenting this site because I had to make the same things taste different so we will not get bored. I am about to graduate with my BFA in Art Education in May. My wedding is in June, soooo my plate is pretty full physically and metaphorically... I think the greatest thing about this site is not only do you learn new ways to cook great tasting meals, but you also become more capable of making up your own recipes. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
